摘　　要：目的探究小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法将2017年3月至2018年3月陕西省洋县中医医院的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组仅给予呼吸兴奋剂治疗,试验组给予小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)均升高,PaCO_(2)均降低,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的FVC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%均升高,且试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合呼吸兴奋剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果显著,可改善患者的血气指标及肺功能指标,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-dose methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with respiratory stimulants in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure in traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Yang county from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with respiratory stimulants,and the experimental group was treated with low-dose methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with respiratory stimulants.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) in the two groups increased,PaCO_(2) decreased,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FVC,FEV1/FVC and FEV1%in the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-dose methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with respiratory stimulants in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the blood gas indexes and pulmonary function indexes,with high safety.
