痔疮洗剂联合湿润烧伤膏用于Ⅳ度混合痔PPH、痔切除术后的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨痔疮洗剂联合湿润烧伤膏用于Ⅳ度混合痔痔上黏膜环切钉合术(PPH)、痔切除术后的临床疗效。方法:选取青岛西海岸新区区立医院普外科2018年2月-2019年4月收治的Ⅳ度混合痔患者108例,随机分为三组,其中观察1组(n=46)术后创面进行湿润烧伤膏联合痔疮洗剂治疗,观察2组(n=32)术后创面使用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组(n=30)术后创面使用马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗;比较三组术后创面疼痛程度、预后相关指标、术后并发症及手术效果。结果:观察1组、2组术后创面视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间和创面愈合时间也少于对照组(P<0.05);三组患者的术后并发症发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痔疮洗剂联合湿润烧伤膏用于Ⅳ度混合痔患者PPH、痔切除术后创面治疗效果好,能有效减轻创面疼痛、加速创面愈合、减少住院时间,有利于患者术后快速康复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hemorrhoid lotion combined with moist burn ointment for the grade IV mixed hemorrhoids PPH and after hemorrhoidectomy.Methods:A total of 108 patients with grade IV mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to the General Surgery Department of Qingdao West Coast New District District Hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into 3 groups,of which one group(n=46)was observed with moist burns on the wounds after surgery Ointment combined with hemorrhoid lotion treatment,the observation group(n=32)was treated with moist burn ointment on the postoperative wounds,and the control group(n=30)was treated with Mayinglong Shexiang hemorrhoids ointment on the postoperative wounds.Compare the three groups of postoperative wound pain degree,prognosis-related indicators,postoperative complications and surgical effects.Results:The postoperative wound pain scores of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time and wound healing time of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were shorter than those of control group.Statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hemorrhoid lotion combined with moist burn ointment is effective in treating PPH and wounds after hemorrhoidectomy in patients with grade IV mixed hemorrhoids.It can effectively reduce wound pain,accelerate wound healing,reduce hospitalization time,reduce complications,and facilitate rapid postoperative recovery.
