摘 要:这里以角接触球轴承25TAC62B为研究对象,采用SKF法计算轴承的发热量,将轴承座外表面分为五个面,基于随机有限元方法对轴承座与轴承的装配体有限元模型进行仿真分析,研究轴承内外圈及滚动体温度的离散程度变化规律,以及对轴承座五个外表面对流系数的敏感性,并分析轴承座内表面与轴承外圈外表面的径向热变形情况。研究结果具有一定的工程实用价值,为进一步研究轴承温度控制和轴承部件热结构耦合随机特性奠定基础。It took the angular contact ball bearing25 TAC62 B as an example. The SKF method was used to calculate the heat generation of the bearing. The outer surface of the bearing seat was divided into five faces. The finite element model of the bearing seat and the bearing assembly was simulated and analyzed based on the stochastic finite element method. The dispersion degree of the inner and outer rings and the rolling element temperature of the bearing was studied, as well as the sensitivity to the convection coefficient of the five outer surfaces of the bearing housing,and the radial thermal deformation of the inner surface of the bearing housing and the outer surface of the bearing outer ring was analyzed. The research results had certain engineering practical value,which laid a foundation for further study of bearing temperature control and stochastic characteristics of bearing structure thermal structure coupling.
