摘 要:电动汽车作为新能源汽车的重要发展方向,受到市场、企业和研究者的高度关注。电动汽车的传动系统是其关键部件之一,影响电动汽车的制造成本和整体性能。根据电动汽车的整车参数和性能要求,对传动系统参数进行设计与匹配,包括电机驱动的参数设计、蓄电池参数计算、传动比计算和档位的选择等。通过选取典型的两种循环工况对整车的动力性进行仿真分析,结果表明,系统的续航能力、加速性能和最大爬坡度满足设计指标,设计参数匹配合理,动力性能满足设计要求。As an important development direction of new energy vehicles,electric vehicles are highly concerned by the market,enterprises and researchers. The transmission system of electric vehicle is one of its key components,which affects the manufacturing cost and overall performance of electric vehicle. According to the vehicle parameters and performance requirements of electric vehicles,the parameters of transmission system are designed and matched,including the parameter design of motor drive,the calculation of battery parameters,the calculation of transmission ratio and the selection of gear. By selecting two typical cyclic conditions to simulate and analyze the power of the whole vehicle, the results show that the system’s life ability,acceleration performance and maximum climbing degree meet the design index,the design parameters match reasonably,and the dynamic performance meets the design requirements.
