摘 要:针对某电子设备中航空雷达组件热流密度过高的散热问题,提出了一种新型的两进两出的水冷板设计。在保证仿真参数一致的情况下,利用ICEPAK数值模拟的方法,研究了矩形、圆形、梯形三种形状的单双层支流道对水冷板散热性能的影响。同时,对这六种方案进行了试验分析,验证了试验结果与ICEPAK仿真结果的一致性。研究结果表明:三种形状双层支流道的散热效果明显优于单层支流道;综合分析水冷板的散热效果和系统流阻,双层梯形支流道的散热性能最佳。Aiming at the problem of high heat flux and heat dissipation of an aeronautical radar module in an electronic equipment,a new design of two-in-two-out water cooling plate is proposed. With the same simulation parameters,the influence of rectangular,circular and trapezoidal tributaries on the heat dissipation performance of water-cooled panels was studied by ICEPAK numerical simulation method. At the same time,the six schemes are tested and analyzed,and the consistency between the experimental results and ICEPAK simulation results is verified. The results show that the heat dissipation effect of the three types of double-layer branch channels is obviously better than that of the single-layer branch channels,and the heat dissipation performance of the double-layer trapezoidal branch channels is the best by comprehensive analysis of the heat dissipation effect of the water-cooled plate and the flow resistance of the system.
