摘　　要：热毒是肿瘤常见的病因之一,清热解毒中药在恶性肿瘤中医治疗中起着重要作用。研究表明,清热解毒中药可通过调节核转录因子-κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)信号转导通路对肿瘤起到治疗效果。本文现以NF-κB为靶标,按不同癌种分类,将清热解毒中药对肿瘤的抑制作用进行综述,包括:乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌、肝癌和卵巢癌。以期为中医药开发具有靶向调控NF-κB的药物奠定基础,为中医药治疗肿瘤提供临床新思路。Heat toxicity is one of the common causes of malignant tumor.Qingre Jiedu medicine is a major component of malignant tumor treatment in TCM.Studies have been showed that Qingre Jiedu medicine through the NF-κB signal pathway for tumor treatment were effective.In this paper,NF-κB signal pathway was used as targets to analyze the inhibition effect of Qingre Jiedu medicine on tumor from the perspective of modern material basis and pharmacology.This paper could lay a foundation for the development of drugs,targeted NF-κB signal pathway and provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of tumor in TCM.
