儿童口腔全麻术专用无菌护理推车的设计及应用研究

摘　　要：目的为更好地符合医院感控标准,更高效地开展儿童口腔全麻术,本文设计了一款结构简单、功能全面、符合无菌标准的新型专用护理推车。方法研制出无菌护理推车,并用于临床护理配合实验。选取儿童口腔全麻及局部麻醉术患儿100例分为实验组及对照组,对比分析无菌多功能护理推车临床使用前后的灭菌效果及护理配合效率。结果实验组及对照组在护理配合时间统计及满意度评估方面均有极显著性差异(P<0.001),采用所设计的紫外线灯进行无菌消毒后,推车台面不同位置菌落数量由38~77个降为0~2个。结论多功能无菌护理推车在临床应用时,推车台面无菌效果、护理配合满意度、医护配合效率三项指标均优于普通护理推车,其设计美观、功能全面,可简化护理配合流程,提高医护工作效率,改善科室感控能力,进而提升医院感染管理质量,确保患者和医护人员健康。Objective To design a new special nursing cart with simple structure,comprehensive function and aseptic standard to meet the hospital infection control standards and carry out children’s oral anesthesia more efficiently.Methods The sterile nursing cart was developed and used in clinical nursing cooperation experiment.A total of 100 children with oral general anesthesia as well as local anesthesia were selected as the experimental group and control group,and the sterilization effect and nursing cooperation efficiency of sterile multifunctional nursing cart before and after clinical use were compared and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in nursing cooperation time statistics and satisfaction evaluation between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.001),and the number of bacteria at different positions on the cart table decreased from 38-77 to 0-2 after using the designed ultraviolet lamp for aseptic disinfection.Conclusion In the clinical application of special multi-functional aseptic nursing cart,the aseptic effect of cart table,satisfaction of nursing cooperation and efficiency of medical cooperation were better than those of ordinary nursing cart.Moreover,the special multi-functional sterile nursing cart has beautiful design and comprehensive functions,which can simplify the nursing cooperation process,improve the efficiency of medical care,improve the sense and control ability of the department,improve the quality of hospital infection management and ensure the health of patients and medical staff.
