摘  要:目的为了更好地提升现有慢性呼吸疾病患者的院外管理水平,本文设计并开发了一款基于云平台和微信小程序的慢性呼吸疾病远程监护系统。方法研制了慢性呼吸疾病远程监护系统,该系统由云平台和微信小程序两部分组成。系统采用B/S结构、SSM框架搭建后端,利用CSS、HTML、JavaScript技术搭建前端,基于MySQL设计数据库,并将系统部署在阿里云服务器上。结果系统将采集并存储于云服务器的血氧、脉率、呼气末二氧化碳参数与标准设备值对比,实测值的误差符合标准设备的误差标准。肺功能方面,流速测量误差最大为+3.3%,容积测量误差最大为-2.5%;系统关键接口的平均响应时间在0.2 s以内。结论基于云平台和微信小程序的慢性呼吸疾病远程监护系统可以为慢性呼吸疾病患者提供多参数、高精度、响应快的高品质院外长期监测管理手段,通过集成远程病情交流、在线就医、多参数监护于一体,有助于改善慢性呼吸疾病患者院外管理水平。Objective In order to better improve the out-of-hospital management level of existing patients with chronic respiratory disease,this paper designed and developed a remote monitoring system for chronic respiratory disease based on cloud platform and WeChat applet.Methods We developed a remote monitoring system for chronic respiratory diseases,which consisted of two parts:a cloud platform and a WeChat applet.The system adopted the B/S structure and SSM framework to build the back-end,and used CSS,HTML,JavaScript technologies to build the front-end.Based on MySQL-designed database,and the system was deployed on the Alibaba Cloud server.Results The system collected and compared the parameters of blood oxygen,pulse rate and end-expiratory carbon dioxide that stored in cloud server with standard equipment value,and the error of the measured value meet the error standard of standard equipment.For lung function,the maximum error of velocity measurement was+3.3%,and the maximum error of volume measurement was-2.5%.The average response time of the system’s key interfaces was less than 0.2 seconds.Conclusion The remote monitoring system for chronic respiratory diseases based on the cloud platform and WeChat applet can provide patients with chronic respiratory diseases with multi-parameter,high-precision,fast response and high-quality long-term monitoring and management methods outside the hospital.Through the integration of remote disease communication,online medical treatment and multi-parameter monitoring,it improves the out-of-hospital management level of patients with chronic respiratory diseases.
