新医改形势下医院质量管理体系的问题与对策

摘　　要：目的探讨新医改政策形势下完善医院质量管理与评价体系建设对医院质量管理水平提升的效果及意义。方法对我院当前医院质量管理存在的信息化水平低、评价指标体系不完善、一级质控水平薄弱的问题进行分析,从质量管理顶层设计、评价体系、信息化建设、质控意识培训等方面提出了相应的改进方案,并对实施效果进行分析。结果医院质量管理及评价体系的实施提高了医院质量管理能力,医院业务量逐步提升,科室一级质控能力得到提升。结论我院通过建立科学的质量管理控制与评价体系,推行信息化质控平台建设及一级质控能力提升等相关举措,对医院质量管理水平提升起到了积极推动作用。Objective To explore the effect and significance of perfecting the construction of hospital quality management and evaluation system on the improvement of hospital quality management level under the situation of new medical reform.Methods This paper analyzed the problems existing in the current quality management of our hospital,such as low information level,imperfect evaluation index system and weak level of first-level quality control,put forward corresponding improvement schemes from the aspects of top-level design of quality management,evaluation system,informatization construction and quality control awareness training,and analyzed the implementation effect.Results The implementation of quality management and evaluation system improved the ability of hospital quality management.The business volume was gradually increased and the ability of quality control of department level was improved.Conclusion By establishing scientific quality management control and evaluation system,promoting the construction of information quality control platform and improving the ability of first-class quality control,the hospital has played a positive role in promoting the quality management level.
