摘  要:本文共收集西南地区医院2015年8月至2020年7月所使用的156条OLYMPUS GIF-H290电子胃镜的故障数据,共计294次维修记录,1107个损伤部件,对故障部件进行统计分析。常见故障为遥控按钮故障、吸引故障、漏水以及图像显示异常,损伤率居前5位的部件分别是按钮、导光软管和插入管、吸引座、钳子座、CCD玻璃。本文对H290胃镜常见故障及故障部件进行了分析,并提出了相应的故障处理、预防及保养措施,以减少该胃镜故障发生率,降低维修成本,为同行提供参考。In this paper,the failure data of OLYMPUS GIF-H290 electronic gastroscope used in hospitals in Southwest China from August 2015 to July 2020,a total of 294 maintenance records and 1107 damaged parts were collected,and statistical analysis was conducted on the faulty parts.The common faults were remote control button faults,suction faults,water leakage and abnormal image display.The top 5 parts with damage rate were remote switch,universal cord and insertion tube,suction cylinder,instrument channel port,CCD glass.In this paper,the common faults and faulty components of H290 gastroscope were analyzed,and the corresponding fault treatment,prevention and maintenance measures were put forward,in order to reduce the incidence of failure of this gastroscope,reduce the maintenance cost,and provide reference for the peer.
