血清β-HCG、孕酮在宫外孕诊断中的意义分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮在宫外孕诊断中的意义。方法86例妊娠妇女,根据是否确诊为宫外孕分为实验组(宫外孕)和参照组(正常宫内妊娠),每组43例。两组均检测血清β-HCG以及孕酮水平。比较两组血清β-HCG、孕酮水平;比较实验组单独血清β-HCG检测、血清β-HCG联合孕酮两种检测方式的诊断准确率、诊断所需时间。结果实验组血清β-HCG水平为(578.36±143.12)IU/L、孕酮水平为(6.24±1.31)ng/ml,均明显低于参照组的(5253.15±436.76)IU/L、(8.95±1.97)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组使用血清β-HCG联合孕酮检测的诊断准确率高于单独使用血清β-HCG检测,诊断所需时间短于单独使用血清β-HCG检测,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)/t=8.871、10.587,P=0.003、0.000<0.05)。结论血清β-HCG联合孕酮检测对宫外孕的诊断准确率更高,能够弥补单项血清β-HCG检测的不足,对宫外孕的诊断具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the significance of serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin(p-HCG)and progesterone in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 86 pregnant women were divided into experimental group(ectopic pregnancy)and reference group(normal intrauterine pregnancy)according to whether they were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were tested for serum β-HCG and progesterone levels.Comparison was made on the serum β-HCG and progesterone between the two groups,and the diagnostic accuracy and time required for the diagnosis between serum p-HCG and serum β-HCG combined with progesterone in the experimental group.Results The serum β-HCG(578.36±143.12)IU/L and progesterone(6.24±1.31)ng/ml of the experimental group were significantly lower than(5253.15±436.76)IU/L and(8.95±1.97)ng/ml of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the diagnostic accuracy of β-HCG combined with progesterone test was higher than that of serum β-HCG test alone,and the time required for the diagnosis was shorter than that of serum P-HCG test alone.All the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)/f=8.871,10.587;P=0.003,0.000<0.05).Conclusion Serum β-HCG combined with progesterone test is more accurate in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,which can make up for the deficiency of serum β-HCG test alone and has high application value in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
