摘　　要：目的研究宫腹腔镜联合应用对解冻移植患者的效果。方法102例解冻移植患者,根据入院顺序分为A组(47例)与B组(55例)。A组采用宫腹腔镜联合治疗后进行胚胎移植,B组不采用手术治疗直接进行胚胎移植。对比两组的生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、流产率、活产率。结果A组的生化妊娠率87.23%、临床妊娠率82.98%、胚胎着床率60.64%、活产率55.17%均高于B组的65.45%、58.18%、46.36%、31.11%,流产率9.52%低于B组的36.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合应用对解冻移植患者的临床效果显著,不仅能够提高解冻移植的成功率,而且还能提高治疗效果,对改善患者预后有积极意义,值得大力推广应用于临床实践中。Objective To study the effect of combined application of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy on patients with frozen-thawed transfer.Methods A total of 102 patients with frozen-thawed transfer were divided into group A(47 cases)and group B(55 cases)according to the order of admission.Group A underwent embryo transfer after combined hysteroscopic and laparoscopic treatment,while group B underwent embryo transfer directly without surgical treatment.The biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate,abortion rate,and live birth rate were compared between the two groups.Results The biochemical pregnancy rate 87.23%,clinical pregnancy rate 82.98%,embryo implantation rate 60.64%,and live birth rate 55.17%in group A were higher than 65.45%,58.18%,46.36%,and 31.11%in group B,and the miscarriage rate 9.52%was lower than 36.36%in group B.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy has significant effect on patients with frozen-thawed transfer,and it can not only improve the success rate of frozen-thawed transfer,but also improve the therapeutic effect.It has positive significance for improving the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of vigorous promotion and application in clinical practice.
