抗幽门螺杆菌治疗对冠心病临床效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究抗幽门螺杆菌治疗对冠心病临床效果的影响。方法100例冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予抗幽门螺杆菌治疗。对比两组患者临床指标、临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者甘油三酯、超敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平分别为(1.74±0.48)mmol/L、(4.14±0.37)mg/L、(3.16±0.53)g/L,明显低于对照组的(2.79±1.59)mmol/L、(5.51±1.49)mg/L、(5.70±1.41)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的74.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗幽门螺杆菌治疗可有效降低冠心病患者的甘油三酯、超敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原等水平,提高临床治疗效果,极大地促进了患者的恢复。Objective To investigate the influence of anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy on clinical effect of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy on the basis of conventional therapy.The clinical indicators and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of triglyceride,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and fibrinogen in the observation group were(1.74±0.48)mmol/L,(4.14±0.37)mg/L,and(3.16±0.53)g/L,which were lower than(2.79±1.59)mmol/L,(5.51±1.49)mg/L and(5.70±1.41)g/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 74.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-Helicohacter pylori has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease,which effectively lower the levels of triglyceride,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and fibrinogen,and greatly promote the patient's recovery.
