圣愈汤加味治疗进行期寻常型银屑病气血两虚证的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨圣愈汤加味治疗进行期寻常型银屑病气血两虚证的临床价值。方法68例进行期寻常型银屑病气血两虚证患者,根据治疗模式的差异分为对照组及中药辅助治疗组,每组34例。对照组实施阿维A治疗,中药辅助治疗组在对照组的基础上给予圣愈汤加味治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分,治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的红斑、浸润、脓疱、鳞屑中医证候积分均低于本组治疗前,且中药辅助治疗组患者的红斑、浸润、脓疱、鳞屑中医证候积分分别为(0.33±0.14)、(0.31±0.12)、(0.31±0.12)、(0.33±0.16)分,均低于对照组的(1.24±0.16)、(1.51±0.14)、(1.15±0.15)、(1.26±0.11)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药辅助治疗组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论圣愈汤加味治疗进行期寻常型银屑病气血两虚证的临床价值高,可改善症状,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical value of modified Shengyu Decoction in treating progressive psoriasis vulgaris with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 68 cases of progressive psoriasis vulgaris with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome were divided into control group and adjuvant treatment group according to the difference of treatment mode,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acitretin,and the adjuvant treatment group was treated with Shengyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of erythema,infiltration,pustules and scales of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment;the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of erythema,infiltration,pustules and scales of the adjuvant treatment group were(0.33±0.14),(0.31±0.12),(0.31±0.12),and(0.33±0.16)points respectively,which were all lower than(1.24±0.16),(1.51±0.14),(1.15±0.15),and(1.26±0.11)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the adjuvant treatment group was 100.00%,which was higher than 76.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shengyu Decoction has high clinical value in the treatment of progressive psoriasis vulgaris with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,and it can improve the symptoms,which is worthy of promotion.
