摘　　要：子宫内膜癌是常见的妇科肿瘤之一,子宫内膜上皮内瘤变是子宫内膜癌的癌前病变,积极治疗子宫内膜上皮内瘤变可以阻止子宫内膜癌的发生。全子宫切除术是治疗子宫内膜上皮内瘤变的最佳方法。但是近年来,随着发病年龄的年轻化,患者保留生育能力的愿望也逐渐增多。传统的孕激素疗法联合宫腔镜电切术已然成为其治疗的新方向。这篇文章主要讨论子宫内膜上皮内瘤变的手术治疗方法。Endometrial carcinoma is one of the common gynecological tumors.Endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia is the precancerous lesion of endometrial carcinoma.Active treatment of endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia can prevent the occurrence of endometrial cancer.Total hysterectomy is the best method for the treatment of endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia.However,in recent years,the desire of patients to retain fertility has gradually increased with the younger age of onset.Traditional progesterone therapy combined with hysteroscopic resection has become a new direction of its treatment.This paper mainly discusses the surgical treatment of endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia.
