摘 要:肺功能设备的核心部件是流量计,选取市面上常用的技术方案进行对比分析,包括单孔气压流量计、(双孔)文丘里管流量计以及双孔筛网压差流量计。根据YY/T1438-2016标准评估3种流量计的测量精度、重复性以及气流阻力的指标性能。通过实验数据以及理论分析,确认了在整体性能上双孔筛网压差流量计在3种流量计里面性能最优,各指标都高于标准要求,建议肺功能设备厂商在该方案进行技术迭代更新,而文丘里管方案需要进行改进,使得气流阻力符合标准再进一步应用。The core component of pulmonary function equipment is flowmeter.This study selects commonly used technical solutions on the market for comparative analysis,including single-hole air pressure flow meter,(dual-hole)Venturi flow meter,and double-hole screens difference pressure flow meter.According to the YY/T 1438-2016 standard,the measurement accuracy,repeatability and airflow resistance index performance of the three kinds of flowmeters are evaluated.Through experimental data and theoretical analysis,it has been confirmed that in terms of overall performance,the dual-hole screen differential pressure flow meter has the best performance among the three types of flowmeters,and all indicators are higher than the standard requirements.It is recommended that lung function equipment manufacturers implement technology in this program Iterative update,and the Venturi flow meter needs to be improved to make the airflow resistance meet the standard before further application.
