摘  要:目的:对输注泵进行质量检测,保障输注泵临床使用质量。方法:采用输注设备分析仪在为期一年内对医院的250台输液泵进行质量检测,并对比了三种不同品牌(A、B和C品牌)输注泵的流速及阻塞报警压,同时对检测不合格输注泵进行校准。结果:初检合格率为68.80%,A品牌注射泵流速显著高于其他两品牌(P<0.05),校准后的输注泵合格数量为238台,合格率为95.20%。结论:质量检测能降低输注泵在临床使用过程中的医疗风险。Objective:To ensure the clinical use quality of infusion and injection pumps through quality detection.Methods:We used the infusion device analyzer to detect 250 pumps within one year,and contrasted the flow velocity and alarm pressure among three different brands(A,B and C brands).Meanwhile,we calibrated the faulted pumps.Results:The pass rate were 68.80%with initial check,and the flow velocity of injection pumps of A brand was significantly higher than the other two brands(P<0.05).Besides,238 pumps were qualified and the pass rate were 95.20%after calibration.Conclusion:The quality detection could reduce the medical risks in clinical use of pumps.
