CT影像与X射线平片诊断颈椎病的效果

摘　　要：目的:比对颈椎病诊断中X射线平片、CT影像的应用价值。方法:所有观察对象均为医院收治的颈椎病患者,共抽取80例进行入组研究,抽取时间设置为:2019年12月~2020年7月,分别实施CT影像检查及X射线平片检查,对于CT影像与X射线平片诊断结果实施分析,判断两组检查疾病分型检出率、定位准确率。结果:CT影像检测的定位准确率与X射线平片比较,具备比对优势性(P<0.05),本组患者颈椎病分型主要为交感神经型颈椎病、神经根型脊椎病、脊髓型颈椎病、椎动脉型颈椎病,CT影像检测中各项分型检出率均高于X射线平片(P<0.05)。结论:CT影像能够实现颈椎病的准确分型,检查准确率较高,CT诊断与X射线平片的选择需要根据患者病情进行决定,但日常可在诊断中联合使用,实现优势互补。Objective:To compare the application value of X-ray plain film and CT image in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.Methods:All subjects were patients with cervical spondylosis treated in the hospital.A total of 80 cases were selected for the study.The extraction time was set as:from December 2019 to July 2020,CT image examination and X-ray plain film examination were performed respectively.The diagnostic results of CT image and X-ray plain film were analyzed to judge the detection rate and positioning accuracy of disease classification in the two groups.Results:Compared with X-ray plain film,the positioning accuracy of CT image detection has comparative advantages(P<0.05).The classification of cervical spondylosis in this group is mainly sympathetic cervical spondylosis,nerve root cervical spondylosis,spinal cord cervical spondylosis and vertebral artery cervical spondylosis.The detection rate of each classification in CT image detection is higher than that in X-ray plain film(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT image can realize the accurate classification of cervical spondylosis,and the examination accuracy is high.The selection of CT diagnosis and X-ray plain film needs to be determined according to the patient's condition,but it can be used in combination in daily diagnosis to realize complementary advantages.
