卵泡膜细胞纤维瘤、颗粒细胞瘤的CT鉴别诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:研究卵泡膜细胞纤维瘤与颗粒细胞瘤(OGCT)的CT表现及特征,分析CT对两者的鉴别及应用价值。方法:将2015年1月~2020年1月本院收入的20例卵泡膜细胞纤维瘤和20例颗粒细胞瘤的患者作为研究对象,均记录观察患者年龄、子宫变化情况,与此同时,将两种细胞瘤进行质地、性状、边界、平扫CT、增强扫描三期强化并记录其CT表现。结果:颗粒细胞瘤组比卵泡膜细胞纤维瘤子宫内膜增厚发生概率更高(P<0.05);两组平扫CT均值无明显差异(P>0.05);颗粒细胞瘤组比卵泡膜细胞纤维瘤的增强扫描强化值更高,两者强化方式有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:卵泡膜细胞纤维瘤和颗粒细胞瘤在CT的鉴别诊断方面有着相似之处,同时,也有着各自不同的特性,通过CT鉴别能够较好地进行手术前病情判断。Objective:To study the CT manifestations and characteristics of theca cell fibroma and granulosa cell tumor(OGCT),and to analyze the value of CT in differentiating them.Methods:20 patients with theca cell fibroma and 20 patients with granulosa cell tumor in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The age and uterine changes of the patients were recorded and observed.At the same time,the texture,character,boundary,plain CT scan and enhanced CT scan of the two kinds of cell tumors were performed,and their CT manifestations were recorded.Results:The incidence of endometrial thickening in granulosa cell tumor group was higher than that in theca cell fibroma group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the mean value of plain CT scan between the two groups(P>0.05);the enhancement value in granulosa cell tumor group was higher than that in theca cell fibroma group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theca cell fibroma and granulosa cell tumor in the differential diagnosis of CT have similarities,at the same time,also have their own different characteristics,through CT differentiation can be better for preoperative condition judgment.
