摘　　要：目的:分析肺部肿瘤应用放射线诊断的效果。方法:选择2018年7月~2019年8月本院接收的38例肺部肿瘤患者为对象,所有案例均实施的放射线诊断方式,已手术结果为金标准,对放射线诊断后的结果进行分析和对比。结果:本次研究中的38例患者采取的是放射线诊断的方式,38例患者中,诊断准确的患者是36例,准确率是94.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。36例确诊患者中,周围型肺癌的患者10例,转移型肺癌的患者12例,中央型肺癌的患者14例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肺部肿瘤的案例采取放射线诊断的方式,准确率相对而言比较高,能为临床肺部肿瘤的诊断提供可靠的依据。Objective:To analyze the effect of radiographic diagnosis of lung tumor.Methods:38 patients with lung tumor accepted in our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were selected as subjects.All cases were diagnosed by radiographic method,and the surgical results were the gold standard.The results after radiographic diagnosis were analyzed and compared.Results:In this study,38 patients were diagnosed by radiography.Among the 38 patients,36 patients were diagnosed accurately,and the accuracy rate was 94.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 36 confirmed patients,10 were peripheral lung cancer patients,12 were metastatic lung cancer patients,and 14 were central lung cancer patients,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiographic diagnosis of lung tumors has a relatively high accuracy rate and can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis of lung tumors.
