摘　　要：目的:分析直肠超声联合动态三维超声评价女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的实际应用价值。方法:将本院接诊的72例盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用直肠超声联合动态三维超声检查患者盆底器官结构变化,将检查参数与患者MRI排粪造影检查参数进行对比。结果:患者在静息、力排状态下,动态三维超声联合直肠超声测量结果与MRI排粪造影得到的参数相比,无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:动态三维超声联合直肠超声与MRI排粪造影评估女性盆底功能障碍所得参数基本相同,并且超声检查不需要其他药物、试剂辅助,具有操作简便、费用低廉等优势,建议加大推广力度,全面应用于女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊疗当中。Objective:To analyze the practical application value of rectal ultrasound combined with dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound in evaluating female pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:The 72 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction-related constipation in our hospital were selected as the research object.Rectal ultrasound combined with dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound was used to examine the changes in the pelvic floor organ structure of the patients,and the examination parameters were compared with the parameters of the patients’MRI defecography.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the results of dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound combined with rectal ultrasound and the parameters obtained by MRI defecography when the patients were in the resting state and force output state(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound combined with rectal ultrasound and MRI defecography to evaluate female pelvic floor dysfunction have basically the same parameters.Ultrasound does not require other drugs or reagents.It has the advantages of simple operation and low cost.It is recommended to increase promotion and full application In the diagnosis and treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.
