彩色多普勒超声对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探究彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的价值。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年12月本院60例疑似卵巢囊肿蒂扭转者,均对其进行彩色多勒普超声检查,以手术病理检查结果为金标准,观察检查准确性。结果:病理证实30例为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转,占比为50%,以此为标准,彩色多普勒超声敏感度为86.67%、特异度为90.00%、准确度为88.33%;诊断图像显示,确诊者子宫周围均可见囊性包块,同时存在盆腔积液,其中囊壁增厚有19例,厚度范围为0.4~0.9cm,6例存在条索状低回声,2例边界不清,7例囊内透声差。结论:彩色多普勒超声在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中价值高,有利于医师依据检查结果尽早予以干预治疗,延缓疾病发展。Objective:To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,60 cases of suspected ovarian cyst pedicle torsion in our hospital were examined by color Doppler ultrasound,and the accuracy of the examination was observed with the results of surgical pathology as the gold standard.Results:30 cases of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion were confirmed by pathology,accounting for 50%.According to this standard,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound were 86.67%,90.00%and 88.33%,respectively.The diagnostic images showed that cystic masses could be seen around the uterus and pelvic effusion existed,including 19 cases of cystic wall thickening,with a thickness range of 0.4~0.9cm,6 cases had striped low echo,2 cases had unclear boundary and 7 cases had poor sound transmission in the capsule.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has high value in torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle,which is helpful for doctors to intervene as soon as possible according to the examination results,and delay the development of the disease.
