摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺多发良性肿瘤中使用乳腺微创旋切术的治疗效果。方法:纳入2019年2月~2020年7月在本院接受治疗的120例乳腺多发良性肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据患者接受治疗的时间平均分为对照组以及观察组,对照组采取传统手术治疗,观察组则采取乳腺微创旋切术进行治疗,对比两组的手术情况、术后效果。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量等均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的病灶切除率、愈合时间比对照组理想(P<0.05),对照组术后并发症发生率为25.00%,观察组为5.00%,两组数据差异具有统计学意义。结论:对于乳腺多发良性肿瘤而言选取乳腺微创旋切术进行治疗获得的效果更加理想,患者术后恢复状况良好。Objective:To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive mastectomy in multiple benign breast tumors.Methods:The subjects of this study were 120 patients with breast multiple benign tumors treated in our hospital from February 2019 to July 2020.According to the average time of treatment,the patients were divided into control group and research group.The control group was treated by traditional operation,while the study group was treated by minimally invasive mastectomy,and the operation and postoperative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and bleeding amount of the study group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The resection rate and healing time of the focus in the study group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the postoperative complications rate of the control group was 25.00%,and the study group was 5.00%,the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:For the breast multiple benign tumors,the minimally invasive mastectomy is more effective,and the recovery of patients is ideal.
