摘　　要：目的:评定糖尿病治疗仪治疗方式运用于糖尿病周围神经病变患者的干预意义。方法:针对2018年5月~2020年1月本医院纳入的76例糖尿病周围神经病变患者予以项目样本评估,组建2个组别实施研究,不同组别分别入组38例,选择组建组别方法是抛硬币方法,观察组选择糖尿病治疗仪治疗方式,对照组选择常规治疗方式,评估各个组别对应指标资料。结果:观察组治疗有效计算总体占比、治疗效果满意计算总体占比相比对照组统计项目数据值增多(P<0.05),观察组治疗引发对应不良反应计算总体占比相比对照组统计项目数据值差别不大(P>0.05);治疗前,两组患者的神经传导速度对比差异无意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的神经传导速度相比于对照组明显较高,互相之间的对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:为糖尿病周围神经病变患者选取糖尿病治疗仪治疗方式表现出良好干预功效情况。Objective:To evaluate the intervention significance of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients treated with diabetic therapeutic apparatus.Methods:76 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy included in the hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were assessed as project samples,and two groups were set up for research.38 patients from different groups were enrolled into the group respectively.The method of group formation was coin tossing.The treatment method of diabetic therapeutic apparatus was selected in the experimental group,and the conventional treatment method was selected in the reference group.The corresponding index data of each group were evaluated.Results:Compared with the reference group,the total proportion of effective treatment and satisfactory treatment in the experimental group increased(P<0.05),and the total proportion of adverse reactions caused by treatment in the experimental group had no significant difference(P>0.05);Before treatment,the difference in nerve conduction velocity between the two groups of patients was meaningless(P>0.05);after treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of the test group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the contrast between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients can be treated by diabetic therapy instrument with good intervention effect.
