摘  要:目的:分析酶标仪检测技术在血液样本检验中的应用价值。方法:依照临床中化学检验操作规程,设计出与之相对应的工作程序。创建从采集血液、测定直至打印结果全部流程,探究酶标仪检测技术在血液样本检验中的应用价值。结果:在相关样本病毒活性增加到160KU之后,检测结果表现出非线性关系。在此刻应用等渗盐水把样本稀释处理再行检测。在10~90min,稳定性较强。在显色10min之后开展比色工作较为理想。血清样本批间CV为6.91%、5.62%以及5.11%,批内CV具体为4.51%、4.92%以及4.21%。标本回收率为93.41%、97.66%以及102.02%,回收率均值为97.61%。结论:在开展血液样本检验过程之中,利用酶标仪加以测定,能够取得满意成效。此法有着用时短、方便、简单、精准性高、稳定性强、进样微量等优点。可在根本上提升诊断效率,减少检验成本。Objective:To analyze the application value of microplate detector in blood sample examination.Methods:According to the operation rules of chemical test in clinic,the corresponding working procedures were designed.To create the whole process from blood collection,determination to printing results,and explore the application value of enzyme marker detection technology in blood sample testing.Results:After the virus activity of the relevant samples increased to 160 Carmen units,the detection results showed a nonlinear relationship.At this point the sample is diluted with isotonic saline and then tested.Within 10-90min,the stability is strong.It is ideal to start colorimetric work after 10 minutes.The inter-batch CV of serum samples was 6.91%,5.62%and 5.11%,and the intra-batch CV was 4.51%,4.92%and 4.21%.The recoveries were 93.41%,97.66%and 102.02%,with an average of 97.61%.Conclusion:Satisfactory results can be obtained in the process of blood sample testing by using the enzyme reader.This method has the advantages of short time,convenience,simplicity,high precision,strong stability,microinjection and so on.It can fundamentally improve the diagnostic efficiency and reduce the cost of testing.
