精细化管理模式应用于一体化手术室设备管理中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究精细化管理模式应用于一体化手术室设备管理中的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法选取2018年3月~2018年9月本院进行常规管理模式的手术设备411件作为常规管理组,选取2019年3月~2020年9月进行精细化管理模式的手术设备412件作为精细化管理组。结果:精细化管理组包装合格率、消毒灭菌合格率、成就感评分均明显高于常规管理组(P<0.05),情感衰竭评分、工作态度评分、器械遗失损耗率明显低于常规管理组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理可明显提升一体化手术室手术设备的消毒灭菌质量,降低器械遗失率和医护人员倦怠感。Objective:Explore the effect of the refined management model applied to the integrated operating room equipment management.Methods:According to the random number table method,411 surgical equipments under the routine management mode in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2018 were selected as the routine management group,and 412 surgical equipment under the refined management mode from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected.As a refined management group.Results:The packaging pass rate,disinfection and sterilization pass rate,sense of achievement score in the refined management group were significantly higher than those in the conventional management group(P<0.05),and the scores of emotional failure,working attitude and instrument loss in the fine management group were significantly lower than those in the routine management group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined management can significantly improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization of surgical equipment in the integrated operating room,reduce the loss rate of instruments and the burnout of medical staff.
