远端取穴揿针联合穴位贴敷在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]观察实施远端取穴揿针联合穴位贴敷的中医护理方法在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果。[方法]选取金华市中心医院传统医学中心2020年8月至11月的140例住院行结肠镜检查的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各70例。观察组患者肠道准备前口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅳ)并在卯时(5:00 am~7:00 am)实施穴位贴敷和远端穴位揿针,对照组患者口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅳ)导泻。观察两组患者肠道清洁效果、不良反应发生率。[结果]与对照组比较,中医护理方法干预后患者不良反应发生率下降(P<0.01),肠道准备质量提高(P<0.001)。[结论]卯时(5:00 am~7:00 am)实施远端取穴揿针联合穴位贴敷疗的中医护理方法能够使结肠镜检查患者肠道准备不良反应发生率明显降低,肠道准备质量提高,值得临床推广。[Objective] To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing method of distal acupoint intradermal needle combined with acupoint herbal application in intestinal preparation for colonoscopy. [Methods] The 140 patients with colonoscopy in Traditional Medical Center of Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital from August to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder( Ⅳ) and Dahuang application Shenque acupoint and distal point intradermal needle for intestinal preparation,while the patients in control group were treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(Ⅳ) for intestinal preparation. The intestinal cleaning effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. [Results] Compared with control group,the incidence of adverse reactions decreased after intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods(P<0.01),and the quality of intestinal preparation improved(P<0.001). [Conclusion] The TCM nursing method of distal acupoint intradermal needle combined with acupoint application therapy in colonoscopy patients can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in intestinal preparation and improve the quality of intestinal preparation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
