摘  要:瘦素是脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪因子中的一种,是肥胖基因的蛋白相关产物,其通过内分泌、旁分泌和自分泌的方式作用于组织或细胞,发挥广泛的生物学作用,通过调节炎症、营养代谢、免疫和自噬在多种疾病中发挥重要作用,现有多种研究证实其对心血管系统有影响,并在心房颤动的发生发展中起到重要作用,同样瘦素可以促使心脏成纤维细胞分泌的Ⅰ型胶原增加,促进心肌纤维化的发生及发展,故可为心房颤动及其心肌纤维化的发生及诊治提供新的思路。Leptin is one of the adipokines secreted by adipocytes, which is a protein-related product of obesity genes. It acts on tissues or cells in an endocrine, paracrine and autocrine manner, and exerts a wide range of biological effects by regulating inflammation, nutritional metabolism, immunity and autophagy.It also play an important role in a variety of diseases. Existing studies have confirmed the role of leptin in cardiovascular diseases and it also plays a pivotal role in the incidence and development of atrial fibrillation.In addition, leptin can promote the secretion of type Ⅰ collagen secreted by cardiac fibroblasts and accelerate the incidence and development of myocardial fibrosis. Consequently, leptin can provide novel diagnostic and treatment ideas for the incidence, diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation and myocardial fibrosis.
