摘 要:基于经典弹性力学理论,本文推导了汽轮发电机集电环-绝缘套筒-转轴过盈配合变形协调方程,分别计算了在静止、额定、超速三种工况下的集电环环向应力及分离转速,并与大型有限元软件ANSYS Workbench非线性接触仿真结果进行了对比。研究表明,集电环机械设计计算理论与数值仿真结果吻合较好,超速工况下集电环环向应力最高。本文推导的理论计算方法可有效用于汽轮发电机集电环的机械设计。Based on the theory of classical elastic mechanics,this paper has deduced the deformation coordination equation for the interference fit of the collector ring-insulation sleeve and rotating shaft of the turbogenerator,calculated the circumferential stress and separation speed of the collector ring under static,rated and overspeed three working conditions,and compared with the nonlinear contact simulation results of ANSYS Workbench,a large finite element software.It is indicated by the research that the mechanical design calculation theory of collector ring is in well coincide with numerical simulation results,with the highest hoop stress of the collector ring in overspeed condition.The theoretical calculation method derived in this paper can be effectively applied to the mechanical design of collector ring of turbogenerator.
