摘  要:通过力学及金相等手段验证进气室支架材料17-4pH在不同固溶冷却方式及不同温度下时效性能及显微组织,结果表明固溶处理采用快速冷却可使17-4pH材料屈服强度及屈强比提高,同时时效后的延伸率及断面收缩率也相对提高。研究表明,屈服强度下限为1000 MPa的进气室支架在1040℃固溶油冷,在540℃时效可获得较高的综合力学性能。The aging properties and microstructure of the bracket material 17-4pH in intake chamber were verified under different solid solution cooling methods and different temperatures,with the results showing that solid solution treatment using rapid cooling could improve yield strength and yield ratio of 17-4pH material,and at the same time,the elongation and section shrinkage after aging were also relatively improved.The research shows that the intake chamber bracket,with minimum yield strength of 1000 Mpa,in the case of cooling in 1040℃solid solution,can obtain higher integrated mechanical properties at 540℃.
