摘  要:测试了抽蓄机组高强钢板S500Q焊接接头与B780CF焊接接头在退火热处理后的断裂韧性J_(0)值和δ_(0)值。结果表明:S500Q焊接接头母材位置的断裂韧性最低,B780CF焊接接头焊缝位置的断裂韧性最低。强度较高的B780CF焊接接头的断裂韧性整体好于强度较低的S500Q焊接接头。本研究为抽蓄机组高强钢板焊接部件的缺陷断裂力学分析与寿命计算提供了重要依据。J_(0) and δ_(0) values of fracture toughness of S500Q welded joint and B780CF welded joint after annealing have been measured.And the result shows that the fracture toughness of S500Q weld joint at base material position is the lowest,while that of B780CF weld joint at the position of welding is the lowest.The fracture toughness of B780CF welded joints with higher strength is better than that of S500Q welded joints with lower strength.In this study,an important basis for the analysis of defect fracture mechanics and life calculation of high strength steel plate welded parts of pumped-storage unit is provided.
