摘　　要：以生产制造过程为研究对象,从产品供给稳定有保障、生产成本合理、电机质量稳定可靠、交货准确及时、生产电机安全环保节能五个方面提出实施措施。可有效提升企业业绩,增强企业品牌价值,最终提升企业的综合实力。Manufacturing process is taken as research object to put forward the implementation measures from five aspects:stable and guaranteed product supply,reasonable production cost,stable and reliable motor quality,accurate and timely delivery as well as the safety,environmental protection and energy saving in motor manufacturing so as to effectively improve enterprise performance,increase the brand value of the enterprise,and ultimately enhance the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.
