摘　　要：详细阐述了典型机械零件——垫片的冲压模具设计方案,具体包括垫片零件冲压的工艺性分析,冲压工艺方案制定,零件排样,工艺力计算及模具刃口尺寸的计算,工艺零件、定位零件、卸料装置、冲模组合结构设计。A detailed design solution to the stamping mold of gaskets as a typical mechanical part is elaborated in the paper,including the process analysis of gasket parts stamping,stamping process plan formulation,part layout,process force calculation and mold edge size calculation,part processing,part positioning,unloading unit,and the punching mold composite design,which constitute a complete design of gasket punching mold.
