摘　　要：实践是思想的真理。习近平总书记的“两山论”是新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明思想的形象化表达,不仅是指导经济建设、社会进步与环境保护协调推进的新发展观,还蕴涵着“取之有道”的财富观和发展为了人民的幸福观。新中国成立以来,右玉人民在历届县委书记的带领下,不屈不挠向风沙宣战,实现了通过绿化环境、改善自然条件、提高生活水平的发展跨越。右玉精神的实践表明,建设美好的生态环境是关系人民福祉的根本大计。中国共产党领导下的右玉县历届领导班子,坚持从实际出发找到了一条符合实际的发展道路,切切实实地改变了当地山川风貌,改善了当地人民生活。右玉人民改天换地的壮举,让“两山论”更加清晰、直观和形象。Practice is the truth of thought.General Secretary Xi Jinping′s"Two Mountains Theory"is a vivid expression of the thoughts about the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is not only a new concept of development that guides the coordinated promotion of economic construction,social progress and environmental protection,but also contains the concept that"wealth must be properly gained"and the concept that development is for the sake of people′s happiness.Since the founding of the People′s Republic of China,under the leadership of successive Party secretaries of the county,the people of Youyu have indomitably declared war against the wind and sandstorms,and achieved a leap in development through greening the environment,improving natural conditions,and improving people′s living standards.The practice of Youyu spirit shows that building a beautiful ecological environment is a fundamental plan related to people′s well-being.The successive leading groups of Youyu County under the leadership of the Party have persisted in proceeding from reality and found a development path that was in line with the actual situation,tangibly changed the landscape of the local mountains and rivers and improved the lives of the local people.Youyu people′s feat of changing the world has made the"Two MountainsTheory"clearer,more intuitive and vivid.
