高温油井用H_(2)S脱硫剂的评价研究

摘  要:部分海上稠油高温热采中产生了少量H_(2)S,游离的H_(2)S会给海上平台生产带来一定的安全隐患,而在生产热采井井下注入脱硫剂可以清除游离H_(2)S,并减轻油管腐蚀,但目前就生产油井中脱除H 2S的研究鲜见报道。为此,通过自制装置,在80℃模拟热采井产出水中评价了脱硫剂的脱硫效果,以及180℃高温老化处理后脱硫剂的效果;进一步通过失重试验,评价了筛选出的脱硫剂对N80钢腐蚀和缓蚀剂的影响。结果表明脱硫剂DES-8的综合性能最好。80℃时含1000 mg/L H_(2)S的模拟地层水中,1000 mg/L脱硫剂DES-8的脱硫率为96%;而高温老化处理对脱硫剂有较大影响,脱硫效果均降低。H_(2)S浓度和CO_(2)的存在对不同浓度的脱硫剂脱硫效果产生较大影响,需要结合实际选用合适的用量。失重结果表明,该脱硫剂与缓蚀剂具有良好的协同作用,80℃时缓蚀率能达到90%左右。因此脱硫剂DES-8能够用于高温井下环境,实现对产出液中游离H_(2)S含量的有效控制,与缓蚀剂结合可有效抑制油管的腐蚀,可进行现场应用。A small amount of was produced in the high temperature thermal recovery of some offshore heavy oil,and the free H_(2)S would bring certain potential safety hazards to the production of offshore platform.However,injecting desulfurizer downhole in the production thermal recovery well could remove the free H_(2)S and reduce the corrosion of tubing.However,there were few reports on the removal of H_(2)S.The desulfurizing effect of desulfurizer in simulated produced water of thermal recovery well at 80℃and the effect of desulfurizer after high temperature aging treatment at 180℃were evaluated by self-made device.The influence of desulfurizer on corrosion and selected inhibitor of N80 steel was evaluated by weight loss test.Results showed that the desulfurizer DES-8 had the best comprehensive performance.The desulfurization efficiency of 1000 mg/L desulfurizer DES-8 was 96%in the simulated formation water containing 1000 mg/L H_(2)S at 80℃,while the high temperature aging treatment had great influence on the desulfurizer,and the desulfurization effect was reduced.H_(2)S concentration and the existence of CO_(2)had great influence on the desulfurization effect of the desulfurizer with different concentrations,so it was necessary to select the appropriate dosage in combination with the actual situation.The results of weight loss showed that the desulfurizer had a good synergistic effect with corrosion inhibitor,and the corrosion inhibition rate could reach about 90%at 80℃.Desulfurizer DES-8 could be used in the high temperature oil well environment,which could effectively control the content of free H_(2)S in the production fluid of oil well.Combined with corrosion inhibitor,desulfurizer DES-8 could effectively prohibit the corrosion of tube and be used in field applications.
