摘　　要：新的国家标准GB/T 4334-2020“金属和合金的腐蚀奥氏体及铁素体一奥氏体(双相)不锈钢晶间腐蚀试验方法”于2020年11月1日正式实施。与旧标准相比,新标准废除了旧标准中方法D:不锈钢硝酸—氢氟酸腐蚀试验方法;增加了方法F:铜—硫酸铜—35%硫酸腐蚀试验方法和方法G:40%硫酸-硫酸铁腐蚀试验方法。同时,新标准对适用范围、取样方法和尺寸、敏化热处理制度等内容均进行了修订。通过新旧标准修订要点的梳理,列举与旧标准的异同点,有助于标准使用者加深对新标准的理解和认识。结果表明:新标准进行了系统的修改、补充和完善,结构更加完整,规范更加合理,表述更加严谨,可执行性更强。The new standard GB/T 4334-2020“Corrosion of metals and alloys-Test Methods for Intergranular Corrosion of Austenitic and Ferritic-Austenitic(Duplex)Stainless Steels”was carried out on November 1^(st),2020.Compared with the old standard,the Method D in the old one was abolished in the new one,namely the nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid corrosive test method of stainless steel,and the Method F and G were added,namely copper-copper sulfate-35%sulphuric acid corrosive test method and 40%sulphuric acid-iron sulfate corrosive test method.Meanwhile,the following contents were also revised in the new standard,including its used range,sampling method and size,the rules of sensitized heat treatment and so on.Result showed that through comparing the revised key points in the old and new standards,the differences between the two standards were listed,which would be helpful for users to deepen their understanding to the new standard.Results showed that through the systemic revision,complement and consummation,the new standard had a more complete structure,more reasonable rules,a more rigorous expression and much stronger enforceability.
