摘 要:我国农村地区面积广大且人口众多,准确掌握农村地区房屋建筑的结构特点及抗震性能,对地震灾害评估及应急救援工作具有非常重要的意义。本文采用现场考察的方式,在山东、江苏和安徽三个省份选择样本点,对我国东部地区的农居情况进行了调查。基于现场考察数据的统计,分析了各类房屋的建造特点及其时空分布,结合震害经验对比了各类房屋抗震能力的差异,分析了我国东部地区农村民居中存在的若干薄弱环节,对其形成的历史原因进行了探讨,提出了相应的加固策略及应急处置要点,为我国东部地区地震灾害预防及应急救援工作提供参考。The rural area of our country is very large and has a large population,so it is of great significance for earthquake disaster assessment and emergency rescue work to accurately grasp the structural characteristics and seismic performance of buildings in rural areas.In this paper,the field investigation was carried out in the eastern region of China.The construction characteristics and spatial-temporal distribution of various types of buildings are analyzed.Based on the experience of earthquake damage,the differences of earthquake resistance of various types of buildings are compared.In view of the weak links existing in the eastern rural housing and the historical reasons for their formation,the corresponding reinforcement strategies and emergency disposal points are put forward.
