钻孔瓦斯流动模型及其应用的误差分析

摘　　要：为了明确煤层透气性系数计算式的误差,采用朗格缪尔式瓦斯含量和抛物线式瓦斯含量建立3种钻孔径向瓦斯流动数学模型(常系数式、抛物线式和朗格缪尔式),通过数值模拟定量计算模型简化后钻孔周围瓦斯压力分布、含量分布以及钻孔瓦斯涌出速度和累积涌出量的差异。结果表明:对于煤层瓦斯含量计算式,将朗格缪尔式简化为抛物线式并没有使计算得到实质性简化,煤层瓦斯含量应选用朗格缪尔式;常系数模型与朗格缪尔式模型存在本质上的差异,对钻孔瓦斯涌出特性及煤层透气性系数的计算造成不可估量的误差;通过解算朗格缪尔式模型,提出新的煤层透气性系数计算式,为钻孔瓦斯涌出数值计算及其工程应用提供一定的参考。To clarify errors of coal seam permeability coefficient’s equation, three mathematical models of the radial gas flow in boreholes(constant-coefficient, parabolic, and Langmuir) were established by using Langmuir gas content and parabolic gas content. Based on numerical simulation, we have compared the gas pressure and content distribution around the borehole, the gas flow rate, and accumulative emissions of boreholes between simplified and not simplified models. The results show that replacing the Langmuir equation with the parabolic equation to calculate the coal seam’s gas content does not substantially simplify the calculation. The Langmuir equation should be adopted to calculate the gas content of the coal seam. The constant-coefficient model is essentially different from the Langmuir model, and errors in the gas flow behavior and coal seam permeability coefficient’s equation are huge. By solving the Langmuir model, we propose a new equation of coal seam permeability coefficient, which provides a particular reference for the numerical calculation of gas flow around boreholes and its engineering applications.
