摘　　要：《护理入门》是日本第131届芥川奖的获奖作品,主要讲述了作者モブ·ノリオ护理祖母的亲身经历。这部作品所体现出的,不是传统意义上的孝道,而是作者的基于亲身体验的更为实际的认识。在这部作品中,不仅有作者的强烈的情绪的宣泄,还有作者基于自身体验所提出的对于护理入门的建议。而这些所谓的护理入门相关的建议,所反映出的实际上就是作者对于血缘、亲属以及护理工作的更为切身、更为实际的认识。而在从事护理工作的过程中,作者也在一定程度上逐渐地找到了自我存在的意义。在老龄化现象日益严重的今天,这样的以老年人护理为题材的作品,越发地凸显出其社会现实意义。Introduction to Nursing is an award-winning work of the 131st Akutagawa award in Japan.It mainly tells the author's personal experience of nursing grandmother.What this work reflects is not filial piety in the traditional sense,but the author's more practical understanding based on personal experience.In this work,not only the author's strong emotional catharsis,but also the author's own experience based on the recommendations for the introduction of nursing.This work not only has the author's strong emotion catharsis,but also the recommendations for the introduction of nursing based on the author's own experience.What these so-called Introduction to Nursing suggestions reflect the author's more personal and practical understanding of blood relationship,relatives and nursing work.In the process of nursing work,the author also gradually found the significance of self-existence.Today,the aging phenomenon is becoming more and more serious.Such works with the theme of elderly care highlight its social practical significance.
