摘 要:机场对运行保障能力的要求越来越严格。由于灯光站中广泛使用的可控硅调光器在运行时会产生大量谐波易引起用电设备故障,已经越来越不能满足需求。而基于IGBT的正弦波调光器可以有效地避免大量谐波的产生,是未来调光器的发展趋势。将灯光站中老旧的可控硅调光器更新改造为正弦波调光器是提升机场保障能力的重要手段。本文通过对某机场灯光站六组调光设备不停航更新改造施工的介绍,总结调光器、切换柜、监控系统更新改造施工要点,并根据机场的特点提出灯光站调光设备更新改造施工方法,为类似工程提供参考。The requirement of airport for operation and support capabilities is increasingly strict,and a large number of harmonics can be produced by the silicon controlled dimmer widely used in lighting stations during operation,leading to the failure of electrical equipment,so the demand can no longer be met.The sine wave dimmer based on IGBT can effectively avoid the generation of a large number of harmonics,so it is the development trend of dimmer in the future.It is an important means to upgrade the airport support capacity by upgrading and rebuilding the old silicon controlled dimmer in the lighting station to be a sine wave dimmer.In the paper,through the introduction to the non-stop upgrading and rebuilding construction of six groups of dimming equipment at an airport lighting station,the key points of upgrading and rebuilding construction of dimmer,switching cabinet and monitoring system are summarized,and the upgrading and rebuilding construction method of dimming equipment in lighting station is put forward according to the characteristics of the airport,which provides a reference for similar projects.
