252首治疗心血管神经官能症方剂的用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘探究中药治疗心血管神经官能症的用药规律。方法检索2000年1月-2020年8月发表的中药治疗心血管神经官能症的文献,通过Excel表格建立中药处方的数据库,结合相关数据挖掘软件对数据进行频数、关联规则、系统聚类等分析。结果筛选得到治疗心血管神经官能症的中药处方252首,包含中药158味,总用药频数为2525次。功效分类以补虚、安神、行气、清热药物为主,各自占比均超过了10%。四气五味主要涉及寒温平和甘苦辛。归经则偏于心、脾、肺、肝四经。药物关联规则分析显示18条相关信息,复杂网络分析则得出由19味核心中药组成的网络图。系统聚类分析可得到5类药物组合。结论中药治疗心血管神经官能症治法上以补益心脾、调理肝气、解郁安神、清心泻肝、祛瘀化痰等为主,为临床辨证用药提供了参考。Objective Based on data mining to find the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating cardiovascular neurosis.Methods All related literatures published in recent 20 years were searched and screened.Establishing a prescription database based on the collected data through Excel software,and carrying out frequency analysis of drug use,association rule analysis,and systematic clustering on the database with relevant data mining software.Results 252 prescriptions were finally selected,including 158 different kinds of Chinese medicines from all aforementioned prescriptions about a total frequency of 2525 times.The efficacy categories were mainly drugs for tonifying deficiency,calming nerves,promoting qi and clearing heat,accounting for more than 10%respectively.The four qi were mainly related to cold,warm and calm.For the five flavors,such as sweet,bitter and pungent,accounting for the majority.And the main meridians were closed to the heart,spleen,lung and liver.The drug association rule analysis showed18 pieces of relevant information,and the complex network analysis obtained the network diagram composed of 19 core traditional Chinese medicines.Five kinds of drug combinations can be obtained by systematic cluster analysis.Con-clusion Through reasonable application of the data mining technology,sorted out the core drugs and compatibilityrules in treating cardiovascular neurosis with traditional Chinese medicine.Some treatments can be applied to this dis-ease such as tonifying heart and spleen,regulating liver qi,relieving depression and calming mind,clearing away thefire of heart and liver,removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm,etc.It supplies a reference for clinical dialecticalmedication.
