摘  要:为了使中压海底电缆在海洋应用中能够更加轻型化,减少设计、运输和安装所带来的高昂成本,介绍了基于IEC和CIGRE国际电缆标准的铝塑复合带纵包结构作为径向阻水层的33 kV交流海底电缆的设计方法。详述了电力芯的主要构件绝缘层、金属屏蔽层和径向阻水层设计及选材,并对成品缆进行型式试验,验证了铝塑复合带结构33 kV交流海底电缆的实用性。结果表明铝塑复合带取代铅套作为中压海底电缆径向阻水层的轻型化设计是可行的。In order to make the MV submarine cables lighter in the marine application to reduce the high cost of design,transportation and installation,the design method of 33 kV AC submarine cables with radial water barrier constructed of longitudinally applied laminated aluminum foil based on IEC and CIGRE international cable standards was introduced.The design method and material selection of insulation layer,metallic screen layer and radial water barrier of the main components of the power core were described in detail.Through the type test of the completed cable,the practicability of the application of 33 kV AC submarine cables with Al⁃plastic composite foil structure was demonstrated.Therefore,the Al⁃plastic composite foil is feasible to replace the lead sheath as the radial water barrier for MV submarine cables.
