摘 要:研究不同油品条件对交联聚烯烃(XLPO)电缆材料耐油性能的影响。通过试验研究表明:相同样品在不同耐油条件下机械性能将发生显著变化,通过红外光谱分析可证实耐油试验中存在热老化过程,不同油品可侵入材料分子链中量也不同,从而影响热老化程度,最终导致材料机械性能存在明显差异。The effects of different oil conditions on the resistance of crosslinked polyolefin cable were studied.The research shows that the mechanical properties of the same sample will change significantly under different oil resistance conditions.Through infrared spectrum analysis,it can be confirmed that there is a thermal aging process in the oil resistance test,and the amount of different oil products can invade into the molecular chain of the material is also different,which affects the degree of thermal aging,and finally leads to significant differences in the mechanical properties of the material.
