摘 要:在现代电力电缆故障检测中,由于电力电缆结构复杂,且常被敷设于地下,一旦发生故障,若不能及时定位故障并进行修复,将会带来巨大的经济损失。如何利用电波信号在电力电缆中的传输特性进行快速、准确的故障位置检测,对保证电网正常运行具有重要的意义。基于嵌入式技术,针对电波信号在在电缆中的传输特性,结合Linux设备驱动开发与FPGA逻辑开发,设计了脉冲发生和信号检测系统,实现了对电缆中电波信号的采集以及故障电缆的精确定位和检测。In modern power cable fault detection,after finding the specific location of the cable fault point,in the case of uncertain whether the cable is live,in order to further recover the faulty cable safely,it needs to be pierced.Generally,manual piercing is used,but once the identification is wrong,the accidental piercing of the live cable will not only affect the safe operation of other equipment,but also directly threaten the personal safety of the staff.Therefore,based on modern micro⁃control technology,using single⁃chip technology and voice broadcast system,combined with hardware design and software design,A non⁃contact intelligent control power cable safety piercer with timing mode and remote control mode was studied.Successfully solved the inconvenience and safety hazards of the identification of whether the cable is live or not,and the inconvenience and safety hazards of manual piercing,ensuring the safe production of cable operation.
