摘　　要：邵荃麟作为中国共产党历史上著名的文学评论家、作家和编辑家,秉持着先进的文化传播理念:坚持以服务于民族独立和人民解放为总的前提开展文化传播,始终把大众化作为文化传播的核心,坚持从实践出发,主张保持文化传播渠道的畅通,倡导维护文化传播工作者的合法权益。这为当今发展文化传播业带来了重要的启示:文化传播工作要坚持正确的政治方向,要紧紧围绕时代主题,要牢固树立为人民服务的理念。Shao Quanlin,as a famous literary critic,writer and editor in the history of the Communist Party of China,holds the advanced concept of cultural communication.He persisted in carrying out cultural communication on the general premise of serving national independence and people's liberation,and always took popularization as the core of cultural communication.He insisted on proceeding from practice,maintaining the unimpeded channels of cultural communication,and advocating safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of cultural communication workers.This has brought important enlightenment to the development of cultural communication industry:cultural communication should adhere to the correct political direction,and be closely around the theme of The Times,and firmly establish the concept of serving the people.
