摘　　要：文章阐述了高校青年教师理想信念教育的目标和意义,并对高校青年教师的理想信念现状进行分析。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了加强理想信念教育的有效措施,旨在促进高校青年教师成长和高等教育的可持续发展。By expounding the goal and significance of ideal and belief education for young teachers in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of ideal and belief,and puts forward effective measures to strengthen ideal and belief education,aiming at promoting the growth of young teachers in colleges and universities and the sustainable development of higher education.
