精准扶贫战略下公共图书馆文化扶贫研究——以贵州基层公共图书馆为例

摘　　要：脱贫不仅是经济方面的脱贫,还包括文化方面的脱贫,且文化扶贫已逐步成为精准扶贫中的一个重要环节。文化精准扶贫除改变落后观念外,还要提高扶贫对象的文化专业素质以及自我发展管理能力,从而真正实现脱贫致富。基于此,文章以基层公共图书馆在文化扶贫中的作用为切入点,以贵州基层公共图书馆为例,分析基层公共图书馆在文化扶贫中的优势,探究基层公共图书馆在推动文化精准扶贫过程中的主要方式。Poverty alleviation is not only economic poverty alleviation,but also cultural poverty alleviation,and cultural poverty alleviation has gradually become an important link in accurate poverty alleviation.Cultural precision poverty alleviation,in addition to transforming poverty culture,needs to improve the cultural and professional quality and self-development management ability of poverty alleviation objects,so as to truly achieve the goal of poverty alleviation and prosperity.Based on this,this paper takes the role of grassroots public libraries in cultural poverty alleviation as a starting point,and takes Guizhou grass-roots public libraries as an example to analyze the advantages of grass-roots public libraries in cultural poverty alleviation,with a view to exploring the main ways of grass-roots public libraries in the process of promoting cultural precision poverty alleviation.
