充填料含粉量对横向吊袋脱水影响试验研究

摘  要:充填土料中粉粒含量对充填管袋的脱水性能影响较大,进而影响到管袋筑坝的施工周期。考虑袋体缝制方式对脱水特性的影响,在研究充填料含粉量对纵向吊袋脱水影响的基础上进行了横向吊袋脱水试验,研究5种不同级配下横向吊袋脱水量随时间的变化规律,并分析充填料含粉量与脱水速率之间的关系以及与纵向吊袋脱水试验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:横向吊袋的脱水过程分为稳定阶段和不稳定阶段,其中,稳定阶段为脱水过程的主导阶段,且该阶段内的脱水速率与脱水时间呈线性关系,在不稳定阶段中,脱水速率随时间略有波动,待吊袋内形成稳定的反滤结构后脱水停止;以稳定阶段的平均脱水速率作为横向吊袋的脱水速率指标,则充填料的粉粒百分含量ω、不均匀系数自然对数ln C_(u)及中值粒径d_(50)与指标均存在二次函数关系,并将其拟合为3个不同的计算公式;当粉粒含量高于30%时,袋体的缝制对横纵向吊袋脱水速率有明显影响,且横向吊袋脱水速率快于纵向吊袋脱水速率。The content of powder particles in the filling soil material has a great influence on the dewatering performance of the geotubes,which affects the construction cycle of the geotubes.In order to clarify the quantitative effect of the filling powder particle content on the dewatering performance of the geotubes,the dehydration is carried out by hanging the bag.The experiment is conducted to study the change law of the dewatering amount of the hanging bags under five different gradations with time,and the relationship is anlyzed between the powder content of the filler and the dehydration rate.The research result shows that the dehydration process is divided into a stable stage and an unstable stage,in which the stabilization phase is the dominant phase of the dehydration process,and the dehydration rate and the dehydration time in this phase have a linear relationship during the dehydration process,the bag cloth fabric is gradually clogged,the size of the exudate soil gradually becomes thinner,and after the stable filter structure is formed in the hanging bag,the dehydration stops.The percentage of powder particlesω,the natural logarithm of the unevenness coefficient ln C_(u) and the median particle size d_(50) have a quadratic function relationship with the average dehydration rate of the stable stage,and fit it to 3 different calculation formulas.When the powder content exceeds by 30%,the sewing of hanging bag has obvious effect on the dehydration rate of horizontal and vertical hanging bags,and the dehydration rate of horizontal hanging bags is faster than that of vertical hanging bags.
