摘 要:目的建立紫外分光光度法测定棓丙酯含量的不确定度的评定方法。方法通过紫外分光光度法,建立棓丙酯含量测定的数学模型,对不确定度的来源进行分析和量化,计算合成和扩展不确定度。结果评定了棓丙酯含量测定过程中重复性、称量、稀释和吸光度等引入的各种因素对测定结果的影响,计算测定结果的扩展不确定度为0.5%(k=2)。结论本测量不确定度的评定方法可用于棓丙酯含量测定结果的评价,为测定结果的准确性和可信度提供依据。AIM To establish an evaluation method for the uncertainty of the determination of propyl gallate by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.METHODS By ultraviolet spectrophotometry,a mathematical model for the determination of propyl gallate was established,the source of uncertainty was analyzed and quantified,and the synthesis and expanded uncertainty were calculated.RESULTS The effects of various factors introduced during the determination of propyl gallate content,such as repeatability,weighing,dilution,and absorbance,on the determination results were evaluated.The expanded uncertainty of the determination results was calculated to be 0.5%(k = 2).CONCLUSION This measurement uncertainty evaluation method can be used for the evaluation of the determination results of propyl gallate,and provides a basis for the accuracy and reliability of the determination results.
