摘 要:给ICR雄性小鼠灌胃低、中、高3个剂量(0.20 g/kg、0.50 g/kg、1.25 g/kg)的柞蚕蛹多肽,分别设定空白对照组、乳清蛋白(0.50 g/kg)阳性对照组,连续灌胃30 d后,与ICR雌性小鼠进行交配,通过考察交配潜伏期、20 min内交配的次数以及检测雄性ICR小鼠血清中睾酮和NO含量、睾丸质量、精液囊质量、前列腺质量,研究柞蚕蛹多肽对ICR雄性小鼠性功能的影响。结果显示,与空白对照组相比较,柞蚕蛹多肽各剂量组小鼠睾丸和附性腺质量及其脏器指数有增加趋势,0.50 g/kg、1.25 g/kg柞蚕蛹多肽剂量组小鼠血清中睾酮和NO含量显著增加,捕捉潜伏期和交配潜伏期时间显著缩短,捕捉次数和交配次数显著增加。结果表明,柞蚕蛹多肽能显著提高雄性ICR小鼠性交配能力及性功能。The effects of Antheraea pernyi pupa polypeptide on the sexual function of ICR male mice were studied.Three dose groups(0.20 g/kg,0.50 g/kg,1.25 g/kg)were set up respectively as the blank control group and whey protein(0.50 g/kg)positive control groups.After continuous intragastric administration for 30 d,a mating experiment was performed with ICR female mice,and the mating incubation period and the mating times within 20 min were recorded.Testosterone and nitric oxide(NO)contents in serum were detected.Testicles,seminal vesicles and prostate of ICR male mice were taken and weighed accurately.Compared with the blank control group,the weights of testicles and the accessory sex organs,as well as the organ coefficients increased in all the Antheraea pernyi pupa polypeptide dose groups.The contents of testosterone and NO significantly increased in the 0.50 g/kg and 1.25 g/kg Antheraea pernyi pupa polypeptide groups.The capture incubation period and the mating latency period of mice were significantly reduced,and the capture times and the mating times increased significantly.The results showed that the Antheraea pernyi pupa polypeptide can significantly improve the sexual mating ability and the sexual function of ICR male mice.
